Processing & dispatch
Each Lumyra is hand-inspected and gift-boxed, then dispatched quickly so it reaches you within 1–3 business days of your order (Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays).
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is on its way. If nothing arrives in your inbox within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder or write to us with your order number.
Address changes
We can update your delivery address as long as the parcel hasn’t been collected by the carrier yet. Once it ships we can no longer reroute it, so please reach out as soon as you spot an error.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is marked delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbours and your front desk first, then write to us within 7 days and we’ll open a carrier investigation. If it arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
