Lumyra LLC (“Lumyra,” “we,” “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you visit lumyrashop.com, create an account, purchase our products, or contact us at lumyrastore1@gmail.com.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Order details: name, email, phone number and shipping address (plus an optional second recipient or company name) when you place an order.
- Account details: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google or add it yourself. We never ask you to create a password — you sign in with a one-time code or with Google.
- Payment information is entered on and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us, including return requests made from your account.
Information collected automatically
- Visit information from our own first-party cookies: pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, the link or app that brought you to the site, device type, browser, and approximate location (country, state and city). We do not store your IP address in our own analytics.
- Advertising pixels: we use the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel, which collect information about your visit and purchases so we can measure and improve our ads on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. We also send purchase events to Meta directly from our server (Conversions API), using hashed contact details.
- Website performance data collected by our hosting provider, Vercel.
2. How we use your information
- Process, ship and track your orders.
- Run your account: show your orders and their shipping status, handle return requests, and apply member discounts.
- Provide customer support and respond to your messages.
- Send transactional emails: sign-in codes, receipts, shipping and delivery updates. You can turn shipping updates off in your account.
- Send offers and marketing emails only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Understand how visitors find and use the site, and measure our advertising.
3. Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with the service providers required to operate Lumyra, who process it on our behalf:
- Stripe — payments and receipts.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Supabase — our secure database (orders, accounts, site analytics).
- YSell — warehouse and fulfilment (your name, address and phone, to ship your order).
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your package.
- Resend — sending our emails.
- Google — only if you choose “Continue with Google” to sign in.
- Meta and TikTok — advertising measurement through their pixels.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lumyra, our customers, or others.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the site (your cart and your account sign-in), our own analytics cookies to understand visits, and the Meta and TikTok advertising cookies described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart and your account may stop working if you block essential cookies.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California), you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data, including your account.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request a copy of your data.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.

6. Data retention
We retain order information for as long as necessary to comply with tax and accounting obligations (typically 7 years). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Visit analytics are kept for up to 26 months. Marketing subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Children
Lumyra is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the site.
